On 19 December 2022, Paula Ramos successfully defended her PhD thesis on"Institutions and Indicators in 'Monitoring and Evaluation' in Territorial Planning". The thesis was developed in the Doctoral Program in Spatial Planning and supervised by Isabel Breda-Vázquez and Fernanda Sousa (co-supervisor).
