Arminda Almeida is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Civil Engineering of the Faculty of Sciences and Technology of the University of Coimbra. She is an integrated researcher at CITTA and the Road Pavement Mechanics Laboratory Coordinator. She is a member of standardisation technical committees in the field of road materials and a member of RILEM, where she participates in the following technical committees: 308-PAR (Performance-based Asphalt Recycling), APD (Alternative Paving Materials - Design and Performance) and APD (Alternative Paving Materials - Sustainability).
