Jorge Gonçalves has a degree, Master and Phd in Civil Engineering. He is an Assistant Professor at the University of Beira Interior. He teaches predominantly subjects in the areas of Transport and Urban Mobility and Geographic Information Systems. He is currently the Director of the Integrated master’s degree in civil engineering at UBI. He is an Engineer specialized in GIS by the Portuguese Order of Engineers since 2023.
