Anastássios (Tasso) Perdicoúlis grew up in Athens of the mid–1960s to the mid–1980s. His academic skills were styled at the University of Washington in the late 1980s and refined through scholarly publishing and teaching. Since the early 1990s he conducts R&D on holistic efficiency regarding systems, processes, and plans with applications in organisation governance, project management, and strategic planning.
